FITNESS CENTER

One of the best kept secrets in all of Portland, our fitness center is open weekdays from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm and weekends from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.   We offer a clean and comfortable atmosphere catering to both the fit and not-so-fit who desire quick results without the aggravation of having to wait in line for their favorite exercise machine (s).

Our fitness center is equipped with a nice array of solid Nautilus machines, free weights, stability balls, resistance bands, multi-station rack...etc.   Our cardio center includes Cardio-Theatre which offers members the ability to listen to favorite radio stations and or watch TV while burning those calories.
