DDP Yoga

DDP Yoga has taken off this year at the Racket & Fitness Center, with classes now being offered regularly on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. Dave Cousins, DDP yoga instructor, runs classes that help with injury prevention, strength and stability, athletic development, and flexibility!

These yoga workouts are great for people of all ages.

DDP yoga is a hybrid workout that incorporates traditional yoga movements and adds dynamic resistance, active breathing techniques and power movements for a challenging and results oriented workout.

The main benefits are body fat loss, lean muscle growth, and improved cardio levels all without placing undue stress on the joints. A valid comparison to yoga is they both provide increased flexibility and core strengthening.┬áIts Cardi – yoga!
